Joint Select Committee on Government Procurement
On behalf of CTF Members our CEO, Dave Giles-Kaye, recently contributed a submission as part of the the Joint Select Committee on Government Procurement.
On 1 December 2016, pursuant to the agreement of the House of Representatives and the Senate, a Joint Select Committee was established to inquire into and report on the Commonwealth procurement framework. The committee is composed of five Senators and five Members.
The Joint Select Committee on Government Procurement has now presented its report Buying into our Future: Review of amendments to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules out of session.
The Committee’s inquiry has now been completed and its report presented to the Parliament. Once the Government’s response to the report has been presented, it will be made available on the Committee’s web page.
