With nearly 20 years of global experience spanning industry and academia, and a PhD from the University of Technology Sydney, I support leaders to embody regenerative approaches in their fashion-textile practices, businesses and organisations.

My work helps move the industry from extractive to regenerative—shifting systems at the root rather than applying band-aid fixes. Through my research, I've developed frameworks and methodologies that help brands integrate regenerative ecological principles into how they create, relate, and do business.

This means building thriving, reciprocal businesses grounded in care, reciprocity, and reverence—honouring people, place, the more-than-human world, and future generations. My approach weaves practical strategy with embodied & experiential practices, helping leaders integrate their full selves into their work without compromising wellbeing.
