Hosted by Citizen Wolf, a fashion business leveraging technology to make custom made-to-measure tee shirts with a personalised experience, the event offered attendees the opportunity to hear more about their journey and purpose, and explore their in-store operation while enjoying a glass (or a few) of Handpicked Wines and connecting with other like minds working in or interested in the worlds of fashion and/or technology.

Located in Haymarket, Sydney, Citizen Wolf is one of the few Australian businesses allowing you to create made-to-measure wardrobe classics quickly and easily starting with the not-so-humble Tee. Choose a style template, pick your fabric (50+ choices) and their proprietary Magic FitTM algorithm creates a 95% accurate mathematical model of your body using only height, weight and age (plus bra for women). Your Magic Fit data creates a personalised pattern cut by laser and sewn by hand in their Darlinghurst factory.

AFC Fashion X Technology Social Event Series

“Digital” is one of the top 3 words to describe the fashion industry in 2019 according to the most recent BoF-McKinsey State of Fashion survey. There is an importance and need for the Australian fashion industry to embrace technology which can be both exciting and challenging at the same time.

The Fashion X Technology series put on by the AFC is an effort to offer members and the wider industry, extending into technology, the opportunity to connect. The goal is to facilitate the exchange of ideas and to foster new relationships, encouraging greater collaboration across multiple industries.
