The Role
This position plays a critical role in supporting all aspects of the AFC’s member value proposition. The Member Experience & Operations Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality membership experience and ensuring that the AFC has the systems, processes and insights in place to build strong, lasting relationships with its members.
Reporting to the Industry Relations Manager, the Membership Experience & Administration Coordinator is the custodian of all membership-related systems and data. They play a vital operational role in ensuring accurate, timely information flows across the team, enabling the AFC to deliver value at every stage of the membership journey.
Working from the Powerhouse Museum and one day a week from home, your week includes connecting with brands (existing and prospective) and manufacturers about membership, helping members unlock the full value of their benefits, supporting member events (i.e. member forums) and content launches (i.e. toolkits and reports), helping to coordinate AFC presence at key owned and industry events such as AFC Australian Fashion Week, AFC Australian Fashion Conference, Melbourne Fashion Festival and Melbourne Fashion Week.
