COMMAS is a swim & resortwear label based in Sydney, Australia. The name represents a purposeful pause, a reminder to catch your breath, to recalibrate, and take pleasure in the moment.
We usually present the collections in a private showroom in Paris, working this season with AFC Virtual has opened up the showroom to a much wider audience and given buyers the flexibility to view at their convenience, no matter the timezone.

The SS21 Collection is a meeting of two moments in time. The course of designing the collection was a time of reflection for me, drawing inspiration from so many different places and moments. I went back through numerous photo albums and playlists from road trips along the coast and even records I have found whilst traveling. The collection encapsulates what I want to feel the next time I travel as I further add to these memories.
The Australian perspective is quite unique, we live a relaxed lifestyle which means we need clothes versatile enough to compliment this. For many coastal Australian locations such as Sydney, we experience prolonged summers, giving us an opportunity for our wardrobe to be intertwined with what we wear on holiday.

Carefully curated with a focus on Resort and Early-Summer, the platform features collections from Australia’s most promising up and coming labels through to well established brands.
