A.BCH LAUNCHES CIRCULAR SOURCING FOR ALL

A.BCH is a circular fashion label centred on transparency and has carved a name for itself in many matters of circularity from raw material sourcing to garment end of life. After overwhelming requests for the label to help others in the industry, A.BCH is thrilled to announce the launch of Circular Sourcing, a platform to help small to medium fashion brands access circular raw materials at the best possible prices.

COLLABORATION AT IT’S BEST

It’s true collaboration, with each brand able to pledge to pre-order sustainable raw materials according to their ability while helping the collective reach high MOQ targets. More than ever, circularity is front and centre of discussion in the fashion industry, yet actions at scale have been minimal.

“Before trying to fix the waste problem, let’s fix the design problem,” says Courtney Holm of A.BCH. “There are ways brands can become circular now, A.BCH is proving that.”

FIRST STOP - 100% CELLULOSE TENCEL

Circular Sourcing will begin by group sourcing 100% cellulose Tencel sewing threads, which boast a clean and traceable supply chain, high strength and colourfastness. The plan is to expand into other highly sought after materials including biodegradable elastics, organic fusings and compostable plant-based buttons to name a few.

JOIN THE CIRCULAR SOURCING COMMUNITY

The platform is fuelled by a community facebook group of the same title, where members can request particular materials, vote on colours and qualities. Fashion brands of all sizes aiming to transition to circularity can access more information and the sourcing platform via the link below.
