Toll has developed a draft framework for the continuation of the Garment on Hanger service that outlines the proposed commitments both from Toll and their customers. This framework includes assurances that Toll will provide a long-term service, rate adjustments that reflect the cost-to-serve and mutually beneficial changes to Garment on Hanger operating practices.

To further address the commercial sustainability of the service and seek feedback on the optimal framework going forward, Toll hosted two Toll Fashion Supply Workshops for their fashion industry customers in Sydney and Melbourne.
