AFC Virtual on ORDRE | Edition #2
AUSTRALIAN DESIGNER VIRTUAL SHOWROOMS NOW OPEN
AFC Virtual on ORDRE continues with launch of a second edition for Australian designers to present Spring Summer collections to international retailers and Autumn Winter collections to domestic retailers from September through to the end of December.
Fashion buyers from across Australia and the globe can now access new season’s wholesale collections from some of Australia’s leading designers on a dedicated section of the ORDRE platform; AFC VIRTUAL.
The program, developed by the Australian Fashion Council and leading fashion technology company ORDRE.com, aims to assist Australian designers to continue business during the unprecedented industry disruption caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic. With continued disruption to global fashion weeks, virtual showrooms remain one of the few channels for designers to effectively conduct wholesale business. The AFC Virtual showrooms serve as a solution for Australian designers to present their collections to domestic and international retailers and conduct contactless wholesale.
Now in its second edition, the platform includes the latest Australian collections from Jac + Jack, P.E Nation, Ginger & Smart, Nico, Et Cetera, Porcelain and G Terlato.
