Technology in Fashion | March Edit

This month we asked Gaby Howard, the founder and CEO of Flaunter, a technology startup transforming the PR industry, to list out a few must reads for those brands looking to stay on the forefront of the technology wave.

Gaby tells us that one of the biggest challenges today is that EVERYTHING is changing. Nothing, on any level, feels 'certain' anymore. This is both an opportunity and a challenge, for everyone.

“I think the greatest challenges when we talk about tech and innovation are:

1. People not adapting fast enough. There are still lots of businesses who aren't experimenting and learning fast enough. We HAVE to try new things, and if something doesn't work - at least you've learnt and it's time to move onto the next thing and

2. People not believing that they can be agents for change - because technology, or being 'technical', isn't their strength. The next wave of innovation won't be led by engineers. The new disruptor skills will be creative thinking and problem-solving - they will be human-centric.”

Here is a short list of what Gaby and the team at Flaunter have been reading this month!
