INJURY

INJURY is an Australian designer fashion brand that houses fashion, music, design and curation since 2004.

Founded by Eugene Leung in Year 2002, in Sydney, Australia with their initial succeed in the street art scene, INJURY released their first clothing collection [Hold me tight, my superhero] with 10 handcrafted custom made limited screen-print tops. In Year 2004, Eugene launched his own fashion label INJURY during Mercedes Benz Australian Fashion Week Melbourne, where he sold his first collection to Orson & Blake and Incu Australia. INJURY was then invited to show [What Lies Beneath] at Rosemount Australian Fashion Week Men's division Runway show, followed by signing a distribution deal with the biggest Japanese distributor, Jack of All Trades in Year 2007.

The label has been praised for its strong identity, original graphic prints and has been described as digital, sci-fi and architectural. After gaining commercial success in Australia, New Zealand and in Japan, in Year 2009 INJURY launched full distribution in Asia and the US, subsequent collections were sold to prestigious fashion retailers internationally including Oak NYC, Isetan, I.T., D-mop, Liger Store, Harvey Nichols, Alter Style and The Fashion Door, Boy+ etc. The collections is especially successful in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
