Co-Sew is a sewing collective run by 3 friends, who each have 8-10 years experience working in the fashion industry in Melbourne. We wanted to create a space were people who want to learn how to sew could come & join a community of sewers, whether they are hobbyist sewers or semi professional. Sewing can be quite an isolating hobby, therefore we have created a space were people can connect & grow their skill.
Through Co-Sew we want to highlight the importance of ethical & slow fashion, by teaching people a skill like sewing, more people will be able to alter & create their own clothing, ultimately slowing down the need for fast fashion.
Alongside this we also offer B2B alterations, small run manufacturing services & pattern making and sampling in our factory in Yarraville.

Taught myself to sew and deign, formally a mechanical designer/sports photographer with a love for men's short shorts, but as i was a very large size i couldn't buy what i wanted, so i decided there was an opportunity to make and sell my own. Today i cover sizes from Small to triple extra large as standard, but i can do up to a size 5XL across most of my range. Future plans its to extend this to all the shorts range.
I have dabbled in kids wear, mainly as nieces and nephews were growing up, they are now all adults, so i have moved away from this market but still have patterns especially in my shorts ranges for both boys and girls.

We are clothing manufacturers with a difference, providing trafficking survivors and other at risk and vulnerable workers in Cambodia with training, support and safe employment in our ethical and sustainable factory.
We aim to disrupt the global clothing manufacturing model where thousands of workers are forced into unsafe, overcrowded workplaces to mass produce low quality garments, worn for a season and tossed.
This large scale “take make discard” model is not ethical for workers, nor sustainable for the planet. Instead, we are creating a network of small, localised digitally enabled sewing hubs with 30-50 workers each supporting a team of outworkers sewing from home in neighbouring communities. All producing quality garments, adopting good environmental practices and paying workers a living wage.
Our subsidiary, Avodah Manufacturing (Cambodia) works with Cambodian social justice and rescue agencies who rescue women from trafficking and exploitation and provide counselling, education and health support. When these women are ready to be reintegrated into the community and take on full time employment, they require training and a nurturing, supportive work environment. This is what Avodah Manufacturing (Cambodia) offers.

As sport evolved, the need for athletes to reach a personal best became more apparent, and albion’s competitive desire ensured it was part of the winning formula. After pioneering the first ever cricket helmet in the late 1970’s which enabled batsmen to perform at the elite level, albion quickly became the answer to sports protection globally. By understanding that each human’s anatomy is unique, albion’s full attention is on the voice of the athlete. The ability to translate feedback to the laboratory, and to design an exclusive, unprecedented product enables the brand to ‘raise the bar’ in sports performance and protection, providing the athlete with confidence, strength and comfort for competitive advantage.
