We are clothing manufacturers with a difference, providing trafficking survivors and other at risk and vulnerable workers in Cambodia with training, support and safe employment in our ethical and sustainable factory.
We aim to disrupt the global clothing manufacturing model where thousands of workers are forced into unsafe, overcrowded workplaces to mass produce low quality garments, worn for a season and tossed.
This large scale “take make discard” model is not ethical for workers, nor sustainable for the planet. Instead, we are creating a network of small, localised digitally enabled sewing hubs with 30-50 workers each supporting a team of outworkers sewing from home in neighbouring communities. All producing quality garments, adopting good environmental practices and paying workers a living wage.
Our subsidiary, Avodah Manufacturing (Cambodia) works with Cambodian social justice and rescue agencies who rescue women from trafficking and exploitation and provide counselling, education and health support. When these women are ready to be reintegrated into the community and take on full time employment, they require training and a nurturing, supportive work environment. Melbourne Sewing and Patternmaking is a small, locally owned and operated business, offering a variety of industrial machines for anything from sample development to small scale bulk production runs. With 10 years of industry experience, the owner, Karin, has experience managing everything from mass offshore manufacturing down to developing local prototypes for RFT for the Aus Defence Force. She now enjoys a more hands-on approach, and loves getting to know the legends behind local labels; championing a more sustainable approach to our supply chain and the business of fashion as a whole.

Pathfinder is an Australian manufacturer of advanced cutting room technology. Automated knife cutting technology, Fabric Spreading Machines, Fabric Spreading tables and Computer Software for pattern digitization and pattern nesting.

Sample Room services established designers, designers returning to Australian manufacturing and start-up designers develop their styles. With a very experienced team of pattern makers, cutters and sample machinists all under the one roof in our new workroom in Collingwood, Sample Room can help with patterns, samples, grading, markers, detailed specs, etc.
Sample Room has invested in the latest technology to allow us to provide stand alone grading and marker making services for those with paper or card patterns.

SEAM is focussed at integrating textile manufacturing value chain from fibre through to end products - garments & home textiles and markets. Agile Sourcing is a sourcing specialist and buying agent business for Australian and NZ importers/buyers. In close collaboration with our clients, we manage your buying requirements from procuring products, design work, sampling, MOQ's, pricing negotiation, inline QCI and final QCI and logistics, through our network of vetted partners and manufacturers in India. We pride ourselves on innovation - re-generated fibres, natural fibres, sustainability, traceability and biodegradable fabrics and products.

Australian Coat Co produces a range of all-weather oilskin and durapel coats, jackets, overpants, jeans, bags & swags under our own label. We make industrial workwear to specific requirements.
We have the capability to custom make to our client's design using their choice of fabric. Our onsite embroidery machine adds to the services we provide.
With our machines configured so that we can sew from lightweight to heavyweight fabrics including canvas, vinyl & leather, we are able to assist with most projects.

We produce quality fashion garment and products for brands with our Ethically certified factories.
