noji

Sensory Clothing for the neurodiverse

Noji is a Perth-based Australian clothing brand creating sensory-friendly apparel for the neurodiverse community. Founded by Natalie Fieldgate, a mother of three with over 21 years of lived experience navigating sensory needs. Noji was born from a genuine gap in the market for clothing that supports sensory regulation without compromising on style.
Every Noji garment is designed with concealed, integrated fidget features including textured silicone and pop-it elements, alongside flat seams, tag-free finishes, and premium soft, weighted fabrics. The result is fashion-forward apparel that looks and feels like everyday clothing, removing the stigma traditionally associated with sensory or therapeutic aids.
Noji targets the approximately 11.5 million Australians living with neurodiversity, anxiety, PTSD, and sensory processing differences, across all ages and genders. The brand is currently at prototype stage, working with local Western Australian manufacturers, and is committed to building meaningful employment pathways for the neurodiverse community.
Noji sits at the intersection of inclusive fashion, functional design, and social impact, redefining what it means to dress for comfort, confidence, and self-expression.
